Technical Installation Project Manager – Luxury Windows & Doors

About the role

Our client, a leading luxury aluminium systems provider, is looking for a Technical Installation Project Manager to lead the delivery and installation of high‑end windows, doors and glazing solutions across residential and commercial projects in the UAE. The role will oversee the full installation lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality and on‑time handover for premium villa and architectural glazing contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end installation of aluminium windows, sliding doors, curtain walls and glazing systems.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal production teams.
• Lead on‑site installation crews and subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, QA/QC and HSE standards.
• Conduct site surveys, installation planning and technical coordination meetings.
• Monitor progress, productivity and programme milestones, reporting to senior management.
• Resolve technical and site‑related issues during execution.
• Oversee snagging, testing, commissioning and handover processes.
• Support procurement and logistics for material delivery and installation schedules.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience with aluminium systems, façade or glazing installations on luxury residential projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong site‑management and client‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings.
• Experience managing multicultural installation teams.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
