Technical Supervisor (Electrical)

About the role

The Technical Supervisor (Electrical) will lead a technical team to deliver high‑quality facility services, ensuring client requirements are met within budget and safety standards. This onsite position involves overseeing service delivery, technical supervision, and continuous improvement of building systems.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operational procedures, policies and standards are followed, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Provide technical supervision to guarantee tasks meet required standards and health & safety protocols.
• Identify site risks, report to EHS, and coordinate teams for service coverage and quality.
• Evaluate team performance, recommend technical support, and consolidate service reports for the Facilities Manager.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and oversee contractor work quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• UAE driving licence.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in technical building services or a team where quality, budget and delivery were key.
• Knowledge of building technical installations and health & safety regulations.
