Technical Support Engineer – Wearables Ecosystem

About the role

Huawei is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join its Wearables Ecosystem Partnerships Development & Technical Support team. The role focuses on providing end‑to‑end technical assistance for consumer‑grade ecosystem applications such as HarmonyOS and NFC payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for ecosystem projects, assisting partners with integration, joint debugging, and launch of key initiatives like NFC payment.
• Act as the primary technical contact for wallet providers, banks and other ecosystem partners, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to identify and resolve integration issues, continuously improving the ecosystem experience for Huawei wearables.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of technical development experience, with a strong ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Results‑oriented, capable of driving tasks to completion and comfortable experimenting with new scenarios.
• Interest in consumer products, HarmonyOS, smart wearables and payment systems.
