Technology Advisory Consultant (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Technology Advisory Consultant to join our growing practice in the UAE. You will move beyond checklist auditing to help enterprise clients align technology architecture with board‑level risk strategy and regional compliance mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute IT General Controls (ITGC) assessments and technology risk audits across complex enterprise environments.
• Support the design and implementation of cybersecurity frameworks, including Zero Trust architectures and data governance models.
• Assist clients in meeting GCC regulatory requirements such as UAE NESA, SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, and UAE PDPL.
• Participate in post‑implementation reviews for major cloud and ERP transformations (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Analyze technical vulnerabilities and draft business‑focused risk reports for executive stakeholders.
• Research emerging technology risks, including AI governance and Cloud Security Posture Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, MIS or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in technology risk, IT audit, or cyber GRC consulting (Boutique or Big‑4 experience valued).
• Strong knowledge of global frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, or ISO 27001.
• Holding or actively pursuing certifications like CISA, CRISC, Security+ or cloud provider certifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive learning mindset.
