Technology Integration & Business Enablement Lead – Automotive

About the role

The Technology Integration & Business Enablement Lead will steer the technology enablement of new automotive business developments, market expansions, and acquisitions for Al-Futtaim Automotive. Reporting to GTDP, the role ensures that every new dealership, brand or market is underpinned by a robust, secure and scalable technology foundation that aligns with the group’s target architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technology rollout for new dealerships, brands and market entries, ensuring alignment with business objectives and GTDP standards.
• Act as the primary technology liaison for business development initiatives, integrating technology plans into business cases and budgets.
• Collaborate with Brand Managing Directors, Business Development teams and GTDP delivery to guarantee secure, compliant and standardized technology implementations.
• Define and enforce technology standards, architecture guidelines and security controls across all automotive projects.
• Oversee project and portfolio management activities to deliver technology solutions on time and within scope.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in technology integration, preferably within automotive retail, distribution or related sectors.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale technology rollouts and M&A enablement.
• Strong strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
