Technology Intern

About the role

Greenstone is looking for a motivated Technology Intern to join our Dubai headquarters for a 6‑12 month graduate training program. You will work closely with the Technology team to design, develop, and maintain both internal and client‑facing applications, gaining hands‑on experience across the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of new features and enhancements for internal and client‑facing applications.
• Assist in building and maintaining front‑end interfaces and back‑end services, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Translate business and user requirements into technical solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing systems.
• Participate in unit testing and user acceptance testing to ensure quality deployments.
• Improve and optimise existing codebases, including performance enhancements and refactoring.
• Integrate third‑party services and APIs where needed.
• Help with deployment, monitoring, and post‑release issue resolution.
• Contribute to technical documentation and system architecture records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
