Technology Strategy Consultant – Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Technology Strategy Consultant to drive Emiratization and talent development initiatives across the UAE. The role involves solving complex technology business problems and delivering strategic insights to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize value‑creation opportunities at the intersection of business and technology.
• Lead small engagements or work streams end‑to‑end, managing client satisfaction, delivery, teams and financials.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align business and technology priorities.
• Develop thought‑leadership assets and share knowledge within technology strategy communities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT/Digital technology strategy and consulting or equivalent in‑house roles.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong data‑driven consulting mindset with ability to architect business and technology value.
• Experience across industries such as Banking, Telco, Oil & Gas, or Government is preferred.
