About the role
We are looking for an energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals who want to develop a career in sales, customer engagement and business development.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential customers by phone to promote products or services.
- Explain product features, benefits and offerings clearly and confidently.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
