About the role
Beever Academy is looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive in Dubai to contact prospective students, explain its courses and support the admissions team in reaching enrollment targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads.
- Explain the academy's courses, benefits, fees and enrollment process.
- Identify potential students and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups by phone and WhatsApp.
- Update daily call reports and lead status in the CRM or tracking system.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and build good relationships with prospects.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly enrollment goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Motivated and confident attitude.
