Tele Sales Specialist, Enterprise B2B (Dubai)

About the role

Arabiio, a Dubai-based creative production studio and social media agency, is looking for a tele sales specialist to open doors at enterprise accounts, book qualified meetings and handle inbound enquiries. The role involves real conversations with marketing heads, founders and procurement teams, rather than reading a script.

Key responsibilities

• Run outbound calls to enterprise accounts across the target sectors and book qualified first meetings
• Ask questions that uncover a prospect's goals, budget, timeline and decision process
• Respond to inbound enquiries quickly and professionally, with the right follow-up
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records, including notes, next steps and lead status
• Hand over warm, well-briefed meetings to the business development team with clear context
• Track your own activity and results and use the data to improve your approach each week

Required profile

• Proven B2B tele sales or appointment-setting experience, ideally with enterprise or mid-market accounts
• Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic, Hindi or Malayalam is a strong advantage
• A genuine talent for discovery: listening more than pitching and following up on what people say
• Confidence handling objections and gatekeepers without being pushy
• An interest in creative and marketing services, or the ability to learn them quickly

Required skills

• Comfort with CRM tools and basic sales reporting
• Outbound calling and inbound enquiry handling
