Telecaller – Real Estate Sales Support

About the role

The Telecaller will act as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, promoting REVOX REALTY's property portfolio and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Dubai and requires a professional, courteous phone presence.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries to introduce available properties and services.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update client information in the CRM system.
• Schedule property viewings or meetings based on client interest.
• Answer basic questions about listings, pricing, and company services.
• Coordinate with sales agents, share client feedback, and support marketing campaigns by promoting current offers over the phone.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Professional and courteous attitude toward clients.
• Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently and maintain accurate records.
• Comfortable using telephony systems, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
• Good command of English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a plus.
• Interest in the Dubai real‑estate market and ability to work on‑site full‑time in a target‑oriented environment.
• Previous experience in telecalling, call centre, or sales support is preferred but not mandatory.
