About the role
Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, a hotel within the Accor network, is looking for an efficient Telecommunications Agent to act as telephone operator and provide timely communication support for guests and staff. The position is full-time.
Key responsibilities
- Call handling: monitor and support call management.
- Equipment: ensure proper functioning of telecom equipment.
- Reporting: maintain call logs and performance reports.
- Coordination: communicate with departments about service needs.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in telecommunications and supervision.
- Commitment to sustainable practices, in line with the hotel's ESG and CSR objectives.
- Compliance with local legal requirements, international standards, health and safety regulations, company policies, ISO standards and industry best practices.
- Food safety and hygiene compliance across departments.
Required skills
- Technical knowledge of telecom systems.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Working conditions include rotational shifts covering evenings, weekends and holidays.
