Telemarketer - Appointment Setting (Dubai)

About the role

A full-time, on-site Telemarketer position in Dubai, UAE. The role generates qualified appointments and sales opportunities through high-volume outbound calling, WhatsApp and email follow-ups and CRM discipline, engaging prospects, validating their needs and booking meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospect lists and inbound leads, running quick discovery to qualify needs and interest
• Book appointments and demos for the sales team, coordinating calendars and confirmations
• Send follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages, share brochures and proposals, and nudge prospects forward
• Maintain accurate CRM records (status, notes, next step and date) and daily activity logs
• Nurture warm leads with periodic check-ins and value messages such as offers, webinars and updates
• Handle basic objections and escalate complex queries to the right specialist
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets (calls, talk time, meetings set, show rate)
• Share feedback from prospects to improve scripts, offers and targeting

Required profile

• 1-3+ years in telemarketing, inside sales or appointment setting (B2B preferred)
• Confident phone manner and clear English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
• Comfortable with call targets, scripting and basic objection handling
• Organized, persistent and coachable, able to follow processes and meet deadlines

Required skills

• CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce
• WhatsApp and email outreach
• Nice to have: UAE/GCC experience in corporate services, advisory, IT/ERP, accounting/audit or banking; basic lead scoring, list building and CSV/Sheets data cleanup
