Telephone Operator

About the role

The Telephone Operator joins the Guest Experience team at Le Meridien Dubai, delivering memorable service throughout each guest’s stay. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling calls, processing requests and ensuring smooth communication across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information about hotel services, reservations and local attractions.
• Process operational needs such as check‑in/check‑out assistance, guest requests and incident reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality, follow company policies and uphold quality standards in all interactions.
• Assist guests with inquiries, resolve issues promptly and coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless experience.
• Perform light physical tasks, moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and handle basic manual tasks.
• Professional appearance, clear communication and adherence to safety and uniform standards.
