Telesales Agent – Purchaser

About the role

As a Telesales Agent for Bayut & Dubizzle, you will drive revenue by contacting prospective and existing customers through high‑volume outbound calls. You will convert leads into acquisitions, nurture relationships, and support the purchase team in achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to promote and sell products or services.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Convert inquiries into qualified sales opportunities and maintain an active pipeline.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms and close deals efficiently.
• Record all customer interactions, sales activities and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the purchase team to align lead conversion strategies.
• Provide post‑sale support, address complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques and industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in telesales, call centre or customer service.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals in a high‑pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and time‑management abilities.
• Highly motivated, resilient and able to work under pressure.
