Telesales Executive – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join a leading insurance process in Dubai. You will be the voice of the company, engaging prospects, explaining insurance solutions, and converting inquiries into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to potential customers.
• Present and explain insurance products clearly and persuasively.
• Build and maintain relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Record interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Minimum of one year of telesales experience.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a strong drive to meet targets.
• Ability to handle a fast‑paced, high‑call volume environment.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

• Basic computer literacy for using call‑center software.
