About the role
The Telesales Executive will engage prospective and existing clients via phone to present luxury property options, off‑plan projects, and investment opportunities for a Dubai‑based real‑estate firm.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify leads and conduct needs‑based conversations over the phone.
- Provide accurate property information and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on inquiries, nurture client relationships, and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
- Meet set targets for calls, conversions, and revenue while adhering to company processes.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in clear spoken English.
- Proven customer service and support experience with a focus on building trust.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and converting prospects into appointments or sales.
- Goal‑oriented mindset, able to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Required skills
- Comfort working with CRM systems, call tracking tools, and basic office software.
