Telesales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

The Telesales Executive will engage inbound and outbound callers to promote Danube Properties projects. You will qualify prospects, schedule site visits and support the sales team in achieving conversion targets.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, databases and referrals.
• Qualify prospects based on budget, investment intent and property preferences.
• Schedule appointments and site visits for the direct sales team.
• Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of calls, leads and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and conversion targets.
• Stay informed on current project inventory, pricing, payment plans and promotions.
• Handle initial objections and provide accurate information about projects, ROI and payment structures.
• Represent the Danube brand professionally in every client interaction.
• Perform any other work assigned that aligns with the portfolio.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, real estate sales or a similar outbound calling role (real estate experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.
• Target‑driven with a positive, resilient attitude toward calling.
• Good understanding of the Dubai real‑estate market is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
