Telesales Executive - Real Estate

About the role

Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE known for projects such as Burj Azizi, is hiring Telesales Executives for its growing sales team in Dubai. You will contact potential clients, generate qualified leads, promote off-plan real estate developments and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and investors to promote the developer's real estate projects
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone communication
• Explain property features, investment opportunities and payment plans
• Schedule appointments and property presentations for the sales team
• Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead status in the CRM system
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally
• Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversions
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets
• Stay updated on projects, promotions and market trends

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service or real estate sales is preferred
• Experience in the UAE real estate industry is an added advantage
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasion, negotiation and customer-handling abilities
• Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
