Telesales Representative

About the role

Nurition is a practitioner‑led health platform that connects doctors, clinics and health professionals with evidence‑based supplements and personalized nutrition solutions. We are seeking a confident, well‑spoken Telesales Representative to drive outbound sales, follow up leads and onboard new practitioners across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals to introduce Nurition’s platform and product range.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing, referrals, events and sales activities, qualify them and identify business opportunities.
• Guide new practitioners through account setup, platform navigation and product understanding, coordinating with sales and operations for smooth onboarding.
• Promote supplement brands, protocols and solutions, convert warm leads into active practitioners or customers, and maintain regular follow‑ups to encourage repeat orders.
• Support field sales reps by booking meetings and sharing qualified leads.
• Accurately update lead status, call notes and follow‑up actions in the CRM, and track daily activity, conversions and pipeline progress.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service or inside sales.
• Preferably experience in healthcare, clinics, wellness, supplements or medical sales support.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic, with strong objection‑handling skills.
• Organised, consistent and comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously.
• Target‑driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
• Basic knowledge of supplements, nutrition or wellness is a plus.
