Telesales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Telesales Representative to drive sales growth by contacting potential customers over the phone. The role focuses on identifying client needs, presenting tailored technology solutions, and building lasting relationships. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to our mission of empowering businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate qualified leads.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships through clear and effective communication.
• Provide detailed product information and respond to customer inquiries.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support overall team goals.
• Document all customer interactions and keep the CRM system up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in telesales or inside sales.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office Suite.
