Telesales Representative – Real Estate Focus

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to generate sales for our real‑estate projects. You will work primarily over the phone, contacting potential and existing customers, understanding their investment interests, and closing deals while maintaining strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients.
• Check Do Not Call Registry status before each call.
• Present project information and investment opportunities.
• Answer product and company queries.
• Ask probing questions to identify customer needs and close sales.
• Refer qualified prospects to the field sales team.
• Enter and update customer data in the CRM accurately.
• Document call outcomes, sales, and feedback.
• Handle grievances to protect the company’s reputation.
• Submit daily end‑of‑day reports to the line manager.

Required profile

• Attested bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer‑service role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably via phone.
• Goal‑driven, proactive, and self‑motivated.

Required skills

• CRM software proficiency.
• Familiarity with telephone systems.
