Telesales Specialist – Aesthetic Services

About the role

SkinLab by Dr. Jamuna Pai is seeking a motivated Telesales Specialist to manage customer enquiries, follow‑ups, appointment bookings and lead conversions for its aesthetic and dermatology services.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up leads via phone and WhatsApp.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Explain treatments, services, offers and packages to clients.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer data in the CRM.
• Coordinate appointment details with clinic and reception teams.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Provide professional, positive client experiences and timely follow‑ups on missed or inactive leads.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service or a similar role.
• Experience in the aesthetic sector is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and confident over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• UAE work experience preferred.
