Telesales Specialist – Dubai

About the role

Mira Clinic, a leading provider of premium dental services in Dubai, is expanding its sales team. The Telesales Specialist will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them from initial inquiry to appointment booking while promoting high‑quality dental care.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients via phone and digital channels.
• Explain dental treatments and services, matching solutions to customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in telesales or a call‑center environment.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Result‑oriented, reliable, and able to learn quickly.
