About the role
We are seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Teller to join our team in Dubai. The role involves handling daily financial transactions, providing excellent service and ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the cash drawer and balance cash transactions at the end of each shift.
- Identify and report suspicious or fraudulent activities in line with AML regulations.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a finance or business degree is a plus.
- Previous experience as a bank teller or in customer service preferred.
- Strong numerical ability, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
