Tenancy Contract Support Officer

About the role

dnata, a global air and travel services provider operating ground handling, cargo, travel and catering and retail services at more than 130 airports, is hiring a Tenancy Contract Support Officer in Dubai. The role supports the management of dnata Cargo contracts, including Terminal Handling Tariffs (landside and airside), sponsorship agreements, tenancy agreements and deferred payment arrangements with principals and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse competitive rates and service levels at neighbouring airports, recommend tariff and service changes, and update approved tariffs and agreements in company systems.
• Manage new requests, renewals and terminations of office and warehouse tenancies at dnata Freight Gates, and handle tenant needs and expectations at dnata Cargo Terminals.
• Liaise with internal departments, the Maintenance Coordinator and subcontractors to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, and to cost reduction and productivity gains.
• Analyse existing tariffs and recommend new airside and landside pricing packages, and prepare and distribute tariff documents in liaison with the Pricing & Contracts Controller.
• Arrange and follow up on automation of manual services, system updates, enhancements, fixes, development activities and UAT.
• Work with Finance, Revenue and Operations on procedures, queries, under-collections and corrective actions.
• Support budget preparation and respond to auditor queries with information and reports.
• Prepare and support Standard Ground Handling Agreements, Lease Agreements and Cargo Tariffs, and manage related documentation and queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in the airline industry, particularly in contract management and facilities management.
• Good written and spoken English, and good interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing trends and technologies in the airline and cargo sectors.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance with safety standards.
• Experience in administrative functions is desirable.
