About the role

The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) is seeking outstanding scholars to join its Dubai Campus on tenure‑track appointments. Positions are open at Assistant, Associate and Full Professor levels across all management disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching for postgraduate and doctoral programmes in management.
• Conduct and publish research in top‑tier academic journals.
• Engage in consulting and collaborative projects with industry partners.
• Contribute to departmental service, curriculum development and academic governance.

Required profile

• Ph.D. (or equivalent) in management or a related field completed before appointment.
• Demonstrated potential for high‑impact research (for Assistant Professors) or a proven record of research and teaching excellence (for Associate/Full Professors).
• Ability to teach in English at postgraduate and doctoral levels.
