TikTok Growth Manager

About the role

Chairon House is launching a new performance and social wellness destination in Dubai and needs a TikTok Growth Manager to build its audience from scratch. You will own the organic growth strategy, create short‑form content, and turn attention into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute TikTok (and Instagram Reels) growth strategy, creating repeatable content formats that attract followers.
• Concept, film, edit, and publish native short‑form videos that drive engagement and conversions such as waitlist sign‑ups and bookings.
• Identify, collaborate with, and manage emerging creators in fitness, wellness, beauty and lifestyle to expand reach.
• Analyze performance data, track key metrics and build systems to produce more high‑impact content efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing a TikTok, Instagram or similar short‑form account with measurable impact.
• Hands‑on ability to shoot and edit engaging videos without external agencies.
• Deep understanding of internet culture, trends, storytelling and why content goes viral.
• Comfortable working fast, testing imperfect ideas and learning publicly.
