Trainee Financial Remediation Associate

About the role

Emirates NBD is looking for enthusiastic UAE nationals to join its collections team as a Trainee Financial Remediation Associate. This talent‑pool position will give you exposure to managing delinquent accounts across personal loans, credit cards and auto loans, supporting the bank’s revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on the assigned delinquent pool each month and achieve set collection targets.
• Raise final settlement proposals for customers facing job loss, salary reduction or medical issues.
• Update the banking system accurately using the appropriate action codes.
• Increase the number of back‑flow accounts in your list, aiming to collect two or more installments monthly.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores in line with benchmarks.
• Apply Emirates NBD’s TOM elements and service values in all interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Proactive, customer‑centric attitude with good listening skills.
• Clear telephone manner and strong organizational skills.
• Computer literate with a solid grasp of Excel.
