About the role
The Specialized Facilitator – Training will train cleaning personnel on proper use of tools, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring high cleaning standards across contracts. The role involves delivering training sessions, assessing competency, and documenting outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage weekly, bi‑weekly and monthly training calendars for cleaning staff.
- Deliver training through lectures, toolbox talks, classroom sessions, demonstrations and on‑the‑job coaching.
- Assess trainees via written tests, practical demonstrations and workplace observations.
- Maintain training records in Excel and the TG Portal and monitor post‑training performance.
- Conduct site inspections, address client observations and drive continuous improvement through targeted training.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of cleaning supervisory experience in a high‑end facility.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, tools and machinery.
- Ability to deliver effective training and presentations.
- EPT Level 3 or above with good English communication skills.
