About the role
The Training Manager/Trainer will lead the identification, planning, delivery and evaluation of training programs for Emirati talent in Dubai. The role focuses on improving employee performance, service quality, productivity and compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Identify training needs based on performance gaps, operational requirements and skill shortages.
- Develop annual training plans, monthly calendars, training materials, SOP guides and learning activities.
- Deliver classroom sessions, workshops, on‑the‑job training, orientation and induction programs.
- Assess employee competency before and after training, monitor practical application and recommend corrective actions.
- Track training KPIs, maintain attendance records, prepare monthly/quarterly reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage training budgets, schedules and resources.
Required profile
- UAE passport holder with a valid family book (Emiratized role).
- Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
