Training Project Coordinator

About the role

The Training Project Coordinator supports the Medical Training Team by ensuring smooth delivery of medical training programmes for Iqarus' clients. Working closely with the client’s Training Manager in Abu Dhabi and travelling monthly to the Dubai head office, the role acts as the primary liaison between the client, supported sites and internal training teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate trainer assignments and delivery schedules with the client, supported sites and the Training Manager to maximise trainee throughput.
• Serve as the Arabic‑English liaison, facilitating communication, issue resolution and day‑to‑day coordination.
• Maintain weekly training records and assist the Training Manager in preparing monthly invoices.
• Obtain and manage security passes as a company representative.
• Undertake additional duties as required to support training operations.

Required profile

• Secondary school education or higher qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar coordination role dealing with UAE clients.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
