Transport Dispatcher

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Transport Dispatcher to join Drool Group’s logistics team in Dubai. You will coordinate daily transportation operations, optimise routes and ensure timely deliveries for our pet‑care services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport schedules, bookings and dispatch activities.
• Plan and optimise routes to improve efficiency and reduce travel time.
• Monitor vehicle movements through GPS tracking and dispatch systems.
• Facilitate communication between drivers, customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate transport records, reports and operational documentation.
• Monitor fleet availability, maintenance schedules and compliance requirements.
• Handle transport‑related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of transportation operations and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in transport dispatching, logistics coordination or fleet management.
• Strong background in route planning, scheduling and transportation operations.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, accountable and customer‑focused mindset.
• Based in Dubai; UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
