Travel Consultant – AI Chatbot Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Travel Consultant to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. In this remote position you will use your expertise in linguistics to converse with bots in both Arabic and English, assess their performance, and create new dialogue scenarios that improve their responses.

Key responsibilities

• Design and present diverse, complex problems to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress by reviewing correctness, logic, and overall performance.
• Write novel conversation scripts in Arabic and English to teach bots appropriate responses.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance model quality.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar abilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in linguistics or related fields.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
