Treasury Accountant – Head Office (Dubai)

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking a Treasury Accountant to join its Head Office in DIFC, Dubai. This junior‑level position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in treasury operations, cash flow management, payment processing, and banking activities within a dynamic hospitality group.

Key responsibilities

• Process domestic and international payments, verify documentation, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Manage company card funding, petty‑cash handling, and reconciliation for the head office.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly cash‑flow forecasts, monitor balances, and optimise liquidity.
• Maintain post‑dated cheques register and identify potential cash shortages or surpluses.
• Maintain up‑to‑date KYC documentation for all bank accounts and coordinate with relationship managers.
• Prepare regular reports on cash positions, bank balances and payment activities for management.
• Identify financial risks, implement controls and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA or CA qualifications are a plus.
• 1‑2 years of UAE treasury/accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
