Treasury Analyst

About the role

As Treasurer for the Near and Middle East Business Unit, you will support the Group’s trade finance, working capital and treasury operations, ensuring that projects have the financial instruments and liquidity required for successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage trade finance activities including bank guarantees, letters of credit and supply‑chain finance programmes.
• Support business units in working‑capital optimisation through factoring, discounting and cash‑related functions such as payroll and collections.
• Prepare internal and external financing, optimise cash forecasting and maximise cash repatriation.
• Maintain relationships with group banks, negotiate credit facilities and ensure compliance with banking mandates.
• Monitor financial risks (FX, interest‑rate volatility) in coordination with the Group’s trading room.
• Prepare treasury reporting, track off‑balance‑sheet commitments and oversee dividend policy implementation.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACT, CFA, ACCA, CMA) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of treasury or trade‑finance experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC region.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or French is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with high integrity.
