Treasury Specialist – Capital Markets (Dubai)

About the role

Redstone Private Banking Search is partnering with a global bank in Dubai to hire a Treasury Specialist for its Capital Markets team. You will work closely with Relationship Managers to promote and sell a full suite of Capital Markets Product Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned targets and contribute to budgets for Structured Notes, Fixed Income, FX and Equities.
• Proactively engage Relationship Managers to market Capital Markets Product Solutions and drive business turnover.
• Strengthen retail client product penetration across the Capital Markets suite.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with overall bank objectives.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of treasury sales experience covering Retail/Priority Banking segments.
• Strong aptitude for sales, prospect management and deal closure.
• Extensive knowledge of financial market products, including Structured Products, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income and Equities.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and contributing to product budgets.
