UAE National Analyst – Business Credit Office

About the role

HSBC is establishing a Business Credit Office (BCO) within its Credit & Capital Management Services division. The role supports BCO Managers and Relationship Managers by providing credit advisory, analysis, and end‑to‑end lending services for corporate clients in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver BCO tasks in line with agreed OKRs, SLAs and KPIs.
• Support the full credit and lending journey, ensuring seamless processes for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist Relationship Managers with credit analysis and timely submission of credit proposals.
• Liaise with relevant teams to prepare facility letters and ensure completeness of security documentation.
• Conduct periodic credit reviews, monitor covenant compliance and promptly escalate deviations.
• Participate in deal discussions, training sessions and ad‑hoc strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in a boutique advisory or Big‑Four institution is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field (required for UAE work permit).
• Strong analytical ability with keen attention to detail.
• Comprehensive understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
