UAT Tester

About the role

Adecco is recruiting experienced UAT testers for a project based in Abu Dhabi. The role suits professionals with a strong background in User Acceptance Testing, banking applications and business process validation. Candidates must currently reside in the UAE and be ready to take part in testing that ensures system quality and readiness for deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute User Acceptance Testing on banking applications and systems
• Validate business requirements and confirm that system functionality meets user expectations
• Prepare test cases, develop test scenarios and run testing procedures
• Identify, document, track and report defects to the project teams
• Work with business users, developers and stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle
• Maintain testing documentation such as test results and defect reports
• Verify that applications meet business requirements and quality standards before deployment, and help resolve testing issues

Required profile

• At least 5 years of UAT experience, preferably in banking technology projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field (not stated as mandatory)
• Understanding of banking systems, financial services applications and banking business processes
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Must currently live in the UAE; applicants outside the UAE will not be considered
