UI/UX Lead – Airlines Industry

About the role

ArcSense is seeking an experienced UI/UX Lead to drive the design of digital products for the airline and aviation sector. You will shape user experiences from research to high‑fidelity prototypes, ensuring they align with business goals and technical constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end UI/UX design process, from concept through implementation.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather actionable insights.
• Create personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity visual designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate feasibility and technical alignment.
• Iterate designs based on usability testing and stakeholder feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, integrating them into the design workflow.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience in the airline or aviation industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
