About the role

This unpaid, on‑site internship is designed for students, recent graduates, and early‑career candidates who want practical experience in management operations and project coordination within a technology environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain project and workstream trackers, verifying updates and flagging missing or conflicting information.
  • Prepare concise daily or periodic management updates covering progress, overdue work, blockers, and decisions required.
  • Coordinate meetings, document agreed actions, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Monitor dependencies, identify potential delays early, and support the Project Coordinator with day‑to‑day coordination.

Required profile

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to keep trackers accurate and up‑to‑date.
  • Clear written communication in English and the ability to ask precise questions when information is unclear.
  • Reliability in handling confidential information and taking ownership of assigned tasks.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
