Urgent Hiring: Dishwasher – Al Ain

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dishwasher to join a high‑end restaurant in Al Ain. The role involves maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team, and ensuring all tableware and equipment are properly sanitized.

Key responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and the dish‑washing area.
• Operate dish‑washing machines and other cleaning equipment safely.
• Dispose of kitchen waste according to hygiene standards.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and preparation tasks during busy periods.
• Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven experience in a dishwasher or similar kitchen role.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Hardworking, reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Dishwashing machine operation.
• Kitchen sanitation and hygiene practices.
• Safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
