Urology Nurse – Outpatient Department (OPD)

About the role

Al Zahra Hospital Dubai is looking for a qualified Urology Nurse to join its Outpatient Department (OPD). The role involves providing clinical support for urological consultations, assisting with minor procedures, and ensuring high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare procedure rooms and assist physicians during minor urological outpatient procedures.
• Maintain and update patient medical records, nursing documentation, and treatment tracking logs.
• Provide patient education on care plans, medication instructions, and pre/post‑procedure guidance.
• Monitor patients post‑procedure and ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Nursing with a valid professional nursing license in the UAE.
• Direct experience in urology OPD nursing, including assisting with minor urological interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment accuracy and effective patient communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with minor urological procedures.
• Clinical assessment and patient documentation expertise.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
