About the role
The VAS Field Officer supports payroll cardholders on the ground, handling card distribution, KYC collection, and onboarding to the C3Pay app. The role focuses on financial inclusion by educating users, assisting with remittances, and running awareness campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Distribute payroll cards and collect KYC information in compliance with regulations.
- Onboard cardholders to the C3Pay app, educate them on product usage and card functionality.
- Provide financial‑inclusion training and assist users with daily card or app issues.
- Visit cardholders on salary days to help with money transfers via the C3Pay app.
- Run marketing campaigns and award ceremonies at employee residences.
- Conduct fraud‑awareness training at employee homes.
- Deliver corporate VAS training presentations to payroll and welfare teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Commerce.
- Proven experience as a field officer for banking products.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
