Veterinary Doctor – Small Animal General Practitioner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced small‑animal General Practitioner to join our veterinary team. The role focuses on independent case management from assessment through treatment, surgery, hospitalization and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Independently assess, diagnose, treat and manage a broad range of small‑animal medical and surgical cases.
• Perform soft‑tissue surgical procedures and dental surgery to a high clinical standard.
• Undertake diagnostic work‑ups using laboratory testing and imaging, especially abdominal ultrasonography.
• Provide emergency and urgent care, manage hospitalized patients and maintain accurate medical records.

Required profile

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent recognized degree.
• Valid UAE veterinary license or eligibility to obtain one before starting.
• Minimum 5 years of small‑animal clinical experience as an independent General Practitioner.
• Strong clinical case‑management skills beyond routine preventative care.
