Vice President – Property Insurance

About the role

The Vice President – Property Insurance will lead the generation and retention of property insurance business in Dubai, driving profitability and client satisfaction. Reporting to the Senior Vice President – Property, you will manage key relationships with brokers, intermediaries, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new and renewal business.
• Manage client relationships with distribution channels and promote Orient Energy insurance products.
• Oversee risk management, including favourable reinsurance arrangements.
• Monitor premium collection and ensure timely payments.
• Lead team and department development, reporting performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in property insurance, underwriting, re‑insurance or claims.
• Proven track record in business development and profitability improvement.
• Strong understanding of risk management and customer‑centric service delivery.
