Vice President - Wealth

About the role

The Vice President – Wealth will lead the development and execution of wealth management strategies focused on real‑estate investments. Reporting to senior leadership, the role will drive growth through partnerships, tailored solutions for high‑net‑worth (HNW) individuals and institutional investors, and innovative market initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement wealth management strategies aligned with sales objectives and the specific needs of HNW clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with private investors, institutional partners, and wealth brokers.
• Identify new market segments, emerging financial opportunities and develop joint‑venture, build‑to‑suit and land‑sale projects for HNW clientele.
• Oversee client relationship management to ensure successful transaction completion and high satisfaction.
• Lead marketing initiatives within the real‑estate wealth space to attract new clients and support business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in wealth management within a real‑estate or developer environment.
• At least 2 + years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Finance; MBA preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE real‑estate market and regulatory requirements.

• Proven business development and revenue‑growth track record in real‑estate wealth management.
