Villa Host – Luxury Resort Guest Services

About the role

The Villa Host will deliver highly personalized, efficient, and responsive service to guests staying in the resort’s villas. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring every detail of the guest experience exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, customized service to villa guests, anticipating and fulfilling their needs.
• Supervise and direct all activities related to the assigned villas, including cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other resort departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, requests, and service delivery.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the resort’s high standards of hospitality.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Butler or Villa Host in a quality hotel or resort.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a proactive and resourceful attitude.
• Ability to work independently and make strong decisions.
