VIP Relationship Manager

About the role

OKX, a leading crypto exchange and developer of OKX Wallet, is looking for a VIP Relationship Manager in Dubai to drive its growth in the MENA region. The role acquires new VIP clients and builds long-term relationships with the existing high-value client base, while helping shape and execute the regional VIP strategy alongside regional and global growth, product and business intelligence teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and onboard prospective VIP clients across the MENA region, acting as the primary point of contact for an existing portfolio
• Build and strengthen client relationships through strategic outreach, consistent communication, client profiling and a deep understanding of their trading needs
• Develop a pipeline of high-value prospects through market intelligence, industry networks, referrals, events and other channels
• Guide clients through OKX's product offerings, VIP structure, onboarding journey and platform updates
• Drive revenue growth by converting new opportunities, increasing engagement on existing accounts and scaling business partnerships
• Collaborate with growth, product and BI teams to support client acquisition and the client lifecycle
• Contribute to regional growth strategies and take part in online and offline marketing, client engagements and industry events

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in business development, account management, VIP sales or client services in cryptocurrency, finance, FX or a related field
• Proven track record of acquiring VIP or high-value clients and growing client portfolios
• Experience with trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous
• An established network in the MENA trading, investment or digital asset ecosystem is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus
• Open to business travel across MENA and other regions as required
