VIP Services Coordinator

About the role

Join the award‑winning VIP Services team at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai, and help create unforgettable, tailor‑made experiences for our most discerning guests. As a VIP Services Coordinator you will orchestrate every detail of a guest’s stay, from itinerary planning to bespoke activity bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage personalized itineraries, transport, hotel, F&B and activity bookings for VIP guests.
• Handle guest correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to queries.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external partners and suppliers to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain day‑to‑day operations and administrative tasks for the VIP Services department.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field, or at least 2 years of coordination experience in a luxury hotel/resort.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read social cues and deliver first‑class, personalized experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera or other hotel booking operating systems.
